Kaeng Khoi Visit

Featured Replies

On our way to Bangkok to Ubon by train we are thinking of stopping off to visit Kaeng Khoi.

It seems transport is quite difficult in this area. We are looking for a way to get from the train station Kaeng Khoi Junction to Jedkod-Pongkonsao Ecotourism Centre. We have called and they say don't have a transfer, no taxis or car for rent.

So we are looking for a taxi/tuktuk  for 2 people plus luggage (or possibly rent a car). Or if there are motorbikes for rent this would be good but we would need to be able to store our luggage at the station, not sure if this small station would have that.

Looking for some local knowledge, Thanks.
