is there any "reliable" and good travel agent(who not cheat the costumers) to buy fly tickets in pattaya?

if someone any idea or experience ; please let me know.

I looked at some older threads recently when I wanted to find a travel agent. Massic Travel seemed to have most reccomendations so I used them myself a month ago and was happy with the service. 

You need to go through the barrier in front of the hotel, then turn right.

I haven't used Massic myself  but got a refund for a friend from them  a long time ago,so they have been around for ages.

 

Last trip I used

SMART Travel opposite Friendship on South Pattaya road Jack (0867771992)  he was very patient and took the time to find us a flight.

 

now with e-tickets you can check online that you are in the booking system and even choose your seat and special food.

This new joint I've just heard about supposed to be the best, really cheap easy to deal with no hassle. It's called the internet. 

Have used Massic many times over the years. Just recently they helped me with a complicated business trip to India and it worked out just fine.

Booking via the internet is OK for straightforward bookings but if you need a combination of different classes / flexible bookings and direct review of available options, sitting with a knowledgeable travel agent and bouncing ideas back and forward works for me.

years ago used Eastiny travel.  The girls spoke fine english.  Being in business for a long time and having a known name seemed like the place to start.  Have bought a few event tickets, plane tickets to phuket.  Nothing big.  Been a few years now

All Seasons on the opposite side of the road from Friendship is used by a few of the foreign companies I have worked for in Pattaya.

 

Used to use them for my own travel before the world wide web was invented.
