Pace Development

Featured Replies

Hi, just wondering if anyone has info on this thai developer. They were involved in Mahanakhon. This is still unfinished internally.

They were also doing a separate luxury condo in central Bangkok; work stopped at the 9th floor 3 months ago. All buyers still being asked to pay their monthly installments(inc a friend of mine). The story is they are hugely reducing the budget and quality of the build to hopefully finish the project "late next year".

They are also advertising a new development in Hua Hin..

Anyway if anyone has any inside info on Pacedev,

pls let me know. http://www.pacedev.com

Pace just sold their remaining units and roof top bar at Mahanakorn to King Power.

Nimit Langsuan has restarted construction.

Hua Hin project Mahasutr has not commenced yet and sales have been slow.

Yes I read that King Power bought out Pace for a large part of Mahanakorn for 12 billion baht. Also sold much of their stake in Dean And Deluca at rock bottom price.

Is it true Nimit will be sold also?

What I read is that they got into some problems with a development in japan, a big cause of their problems at the end of last year.
