In that case it would depend on his accident position on the time of the accident. Sounds like it could be interpreted as him overtaking you while you were turning right, making you liable, or it could be he was short cutting, which would make him liable.

 

Have your insurance sort it out.

    Did you call your insurance company at the scene of the accident, it's always best to let them deal with all aspects of something like this.

    If the Thai was driving on the wrong side of the street I'd say don't pay it ! And I'd also threaten to sue for the damage to the car

I have all these idiots motorbike riders.

You should not pay anything.

These poor people also do not pay hospital, so why should you pay for them ?!
