Social Security Retirement
I called them today, in the US, after waiting almost 2 hours on hold. She asked me for all my information, which I gave her, and kept saying I need more. I gave her everything they needed, things I applied with when I moved here, and she was confused on the addresses. I still get mail at my ex wife's mom's house, where I applied, although I tried a few times to change to my actual address, where I've lived for 6 years, and couldn't. The system didn't allow for a change, which is strange. She asked me to read off my mail I get from SS, the address, which is mom's house, and I did, but still came back and repeatedly asked me for the same information, until finally she hung up. I go through Manila, and have tried to contact them many times over the last 9 months and all I get are emails saying the same things. I recently applied to switch to Login.gov, as it's mandatory, and I'm waiting for that to process. Tuesday I will call Manila, as Tuesday and Thursday are the only days you can call. Tuesday morning I will see if my benefits come in the bank, as Monday is another holiday here. It's just very strange that my daughter's came through, although late in the day, and mine didn't, this after receiving both the same day, withing minutes of each other, in almost 7 years. -

Don't be ridiculous. If that clown had turned up with his sniveling, nasally, 2 tiered voice armed with his 3 word slogans on repeat mode the result would have swung even further in favor of Reform. He is the most hated, detested PM in my lifetime. If he had any self awareness whatsoever and cared one iota for what is best for the people of the UK he would have already resigned and called for another general election so people can elect someone more competent to run the country. -

Thanks for your report. For $27 USD per ANNUM I'm sticking with 'Vyke'. Not heard any complaints from anyone else. Only thing is it's a VOIP service and, as we know, some US banks and financial institutions are nervous about sending OTP's. I'm from UK so don't have that problem. -

Excellent and very informative reply but what I was alluding to was dual pricing at grass root level.I’ve lived in Spain and whenever my friends or family visited me they always paid more for their drinks in my local bars and more for groceries in the local market.The same as I do when I visit my Sister and her husband in Portugal.It’s the way of the world and like I said “ no big deal”. -

Is this the same Kamala Harris who lied about Biden being fit to rule, then, once that was exposed, was super careful about what she said so that as little of her true self was exposed during her campaign? She's the one to warn people that democracy is in danger?
