Online review companies

I was looking for flights online when a particularly cheaper flight came up . It was with an agency that I have never used ( Budgetrair ) so I decided to look at their reviews as I do with most internet purchases .  I went to Trustpilot who gave this flight co. 4 stars . Upon reading the reviews it became apparent that there were inconsistencies , many 1 stars and also 5 stars , so as I was confused I decided to review Trustpilot . Well surprise surprise , it appears that they are not trustworthy according to many comments and their services can be bought by companies to be reviewed .   https://www.reviews.io/company-reviews/store/trustpilot 

When it comes to buying flights I prefer  to book with the airline direct and not over concerned if the fare is a little more costly than an agent . However there is a temptation when an agent offers a significant discount but unless it is from a reputable company e.g. Flight Center  or Dial a flight , both UK based , I will not use them ( fingers burnt on one occasion )    Is there an online review company that has a good reputation for trustworthiness ?
