Do you mean a general "fitness" style of gym or  specifically a Muay Thai place.

 

If the former there is an abundance of fitness equipment at the lake/park shown on maps as either Nakhon Sawan  Park or Paradise Park. There is also Nakhon Sawan Gym opposite the park, near SriSawan hospital.

 

If you are looking for Muay Thai sorry can't help and I don't know what the other one is.
