Bangkok Pattaya Jomtien Clinic (Boon Sampan)

Featured Replies

Has anyone been to the Bangkok Pattaya Clinic on Sukhumvit across from Big C in South Pattaya?

Please share what you know. Is it part of Bangkok Pattaya Hospital or a seperate entity as they don't have any info on the BPH website?

Is it for emergency? What services do they offer? Are prices similar to Bangkok Pattaya Hosptial?

Just been there yesterday and today with an ulcer to drain and now daily clean and redress.

Yes, same as Bangkok Pattaya hospital near south Pattaya.

They have junior doctors there and few nurses, can do smaller things, x-rays, med cert for driver licence or work permit etc. Of course, they can always transfer you to the main hospital or refer you to a specialist.

I used them also in the past for other small things and am generally happy, price is not too high

Forgot: open 24 hours, so perfect for emergencies if you live around there, if only to stabilize you before transport to the big place.

So far in all my visits over the years (always day times) never been busy, never waited longer than 10 minutes

.....med cert for driver licence or work permit....

How much do they charge for that?

Thanks to the OP for bringing up this topic.  I see that clinic every time I come home from the main BH-P,  but it never even dawned on me that they could do things like replace dressings instead of trudging up to North Pattaya.

Too bad they don't have ambulances and EMS staff stationed at the South Pattaya clinic for quicker response to South Pattaya or Jomtien. That extra drive for them to come from the main BPH to South Pattaya or Jomtien could easily cost lives.
