does anybody knows a pharmacy/place in TH where to find rapamune or sirolimus ?

As far as I can tell, rapamune/sirolimus is not available in Thailand.

 

A similar drug, Tacrolimus (brand name Prograf) is available here.  However, it's "prescription only" which in practice means you could only get it from a hospital following a consultation.
