Maybe they can play in the sandbox together when all is over after a lot of wais and smiles all around. Yep, and during the stone age, the man went out to find his future wife. Clubbed her unconscious, and took her to his cave. it didn't take them long to realise dragging them by their hair was easier than dragging them by their legs and getting clogged up

ChiangMaiLightning2143
Put the Bargirls in charge of the YouTube jukebox (40 baht cash per track). Sorted. Thus no fighting, no more bubble gum Thai disco or Rap (jungle music). Occasionally you will get Americans or Aussie bogans aplaying Country Music but they will be few and far between. hgma
at least it was a one on one issue. And to be honest why are so many ridiculing the 65 year old, as if when you are all 65 everybody needs to flee sighting the first indications of a fight, some people 65 + don't walk away when challenged or insulted (if indeed this was the case , which i can't read in the post) I respect that as a 64 year one.

Btw, the correlation between alcohol abuse and educational environment makes for a very interesting study. In countries where sexuality and emotions are deemed unseemly, most individuals tend to develop an integrated repression pattern. Large quantities of alcohol automatically release the pressure... often leading to violence : simply put, it's the 'pressure-cooker effect'. I remember reading, back in the 70s, a novel called 'Saturday Night and Sunday Morning' by Allan Sillitoe - which I think was then turned into a film - and discovering the English sub-world of Saturday night pub brawls, hooligans etc. The book was very funny and extremely revealing at the same time. Classic Ray
Having attended many bar fights in a professional capacity, the best advice I ever received was to wait outside until it quietened down as by then all the participants were too tired to attack anyone else. You usually never found out the truth of what had happened as a) People told lies, b) Alcohol clouded recollection. May be different now that so many incidents are caught on phone cameras or CCTV. Yes, they need to get started building a dedicated arts district right away. Special long term visas for international artists. Perhaps call it the Thailand Effete Program. Apply with portfolio. Not cash. It's the new Berlin. Perhaps south of Jomtien Beach Road. Of course the new district needs an acronym. How about SOBER?
