Looking for a professional gynecologist in Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

I suffer from endometriosis and also have other health issues that could eventually lead to a cancer so I need to check everything every 6 months.

I have been living in Thailand for 1 year; I should have gone back home before but I couldn't.

I don't feel well at all; my breast is also unusually painful so I really need to see someone now.

Please let me know if you had a positive experience with a good gynecologist.

Anywhere nearby Sukhumvit, Bang Na or Suvarnabhumi Airport would be more convenient and I would prefer a woman if possible but the most important thing is to find a real professional person.

Thank you.

Before I make a recommendation, some questions:

1. Are you wanting to have a child (now or in future)?

2. What treatment are you currently ion for the endometriosis and is it working i nterms of pain control?

2. What are the "other conditions that might cause cancer"?

As it makes a difference in whom I recommend. For example, there is an excellent specialist in gyn oncology at Samitivej hospital (Suk soi 49) but if the main issue is the endometriosis and infertility then I would suggest someone else

Hello,

Thank you for your answer.

I don't want to have children for the moment and I am not sure if I would want it in the future so my main concern is not infertility.

I am not under any treatment because I don't want to take any chemical stuff.

I have been trying natural things and I did feel better for a few months. I am starting to feel bad again but maybe because my life has been very stressful recently. Anyway, my gynecologist really insisted on the fact that I need to check everything every 6 months; especially the size of my cysts.

I had surgery a few years ago -don't remember the name of that type of surgery. My gynecologist wanted to do it again last year as I apparently had pretty big cysts coming back but I refused as I wanted to try natural treatments.

So I need to be sure that things are not getting worse and also understand what's going on with my breast.

Maybe that person at Samitivej Hospital could help me.

Thanks ?
