The only healthy choices in that article are for HOME MADE 😊 Look @fredwiggy You had a discussion with regard to sugar free granola the other day and you produced a couple of options laced with additives. It seem alcohol sugars are a healthy addition to your diet. Americans are used to having crap added to their food. Unadulterated food is considered premium. I was appalled at the quality of the food in the supermarkets. Anyway, let's leave it there, as the subject is about THAILAND. What kind of person suggests trying NY style pizza in Thailand as a healthy option, along with the other, frankly bizarre suggestions? -

That's only when we're O&A, and choose wisely, no need to eat unhealthy, even from 7-11 Well, extremely unhealthy ... At home, and eat in, 90% of our dining, a Keto ish diet, of whole foods, and cut most of the starchy carbs & sugar out of my diet. Wasn't much processed foods to cut out. Weight, BP, blood sugar, cholesterol all normal ... CBC (R&W, etc), again, all normal. Non smoker & don't drink alcohol. Maybe half a doobie, once a month if that, though doesn't seem to help the movie I'm watching 🙄 -

This extension expires when it says it expires in your pp. 90 days reports have nothing to do with the extension dates. If your last successful 90 day report was "mid-June" there is no way you can fit in two more 90 day reports since then, only one can be rejected. You should do the 90-day online report 15 days before it says one is due on your last successful 90 day report. -

Actually, everything I've ever replied about has been fact based. I don't make opinions, because they mean nothing. A couple like you have said the same thing, and haven't backed it up by proving anything I've written as wrong. Many others have agreed with me because, they also are intelligent and research. -

Does anyone have an estimate of how many m^3 water per rai is needed for a crop of, say, jasmine rice? I expect the answer to that would rule out rain water collection and storage as a way to avoid drilling a hole and messing with the water table. -
