I agree with that mostly they clean and do laundry a lot.

But it may depend, the hiso ones still want to hire help or send out laundry.

I was talking with a lady, age 52, on TC and she asked why I was there. Without being big headed, she said I was high quality and girls on TC generally had some sort of problem or they would find a bf away from a dating site. She said I would easily find a gf just out and about. In my humble opinion, most women on TC are below average in looks so maybe she is right. I joined TC from Australia to see what the dating scene was like in bkk and also to see if a dating site was for me.

A lot of the female and male pics on TC are really bad and should not be used to get attention. I took one person's advice and and went to a professional photographer who specialised in head shots of actors. Also, I paid for a make up artist to come along and make me look beautiful for the pics. The pics are really good and I get a lot of attention from them. Not sure what these ladies will say when they find out I am 69, not 59. But I did not plan to stay with them long enough for them to find out.

There's no doubt many women on the sites go online because no one is interested in them in the real world. Many Tinder women look great in their photos to the uninitiated,  but you soon realize this is just trickery. The girl with perfect facial skin may be covered in acne, and the girl with a sexy curvy body is 70kg. I've met over 100 women from sites in Thailand and of those only five maybe were 6/10 or better, and that's after selecting carefully from the profiles. So maybe 1% from the sites at best are better looking than average. 

 

As women's beauty level rises they generally become more picky, conceited, arrogant with higher expectations, no surprise there. But here's what I found the most interesting thing of all. Instead of there being a gradual increase in these qualities as you go up the beauty scale, there seems to be a massive change as you go past average. So 5/10 and below are usually super interested, friendly and perhaps deep down a little insecure about their looks. Whereas a 6/10 or above is a totally different animal. It's almost like a binary thing. In their heads they are either above or below average and that will determine their characteristics. I heard someone else talking about a similar phenomenon and he described women as either discounts or premiums. Anyone else noticed a similar thing ?

I used to see a girl I met on dateinasia and she was getting 200+ msgs a day from guys offering to take her on holidays and other expensive gifts etc and I would say she was about 6/10

 

She used to delete entire pages of messages at a time because she didn't have time to even read them all

 

If her looks were 8-9/10 I imagine the messages would go up by orders of magnitude..... But yes, easy to see why some think they are special when they get so much interest

When a lady initially registers  on a dating site, she can have the feeling of being a rock star with hundreds of messages received in the first 24 hours. Same for a man but in the dozens or less. Years ago, when I was a young man of 64, when I first joined ThaiFriendly, I had a hundred new friends within a week. And I must add, the experience was great. I encountered very few gold diggers. Most showed interest in a long term relationship (yes guys, I realize the financial security aspect of this). While I had "friendship" with a few that I met on Thai dating sites, I am now long-term involved with one and consider myself fortunate.

Contrary to popular belief on TV There are plenty of women who are not gold diggers and have no interest in your money (especially in bkk) and I've met loads over the years who own a car, house and a job and looking for casual or serious relationship 

 

Of course there are also many who are in it for the money but its easy to spot them after awhile 

 

If you stick within the bounds of reality you have a better chance of meeting a non gold digging female 

 

If you go for The 20yr old with a body like a porn star then you will likely get burned sooner or later....but you only live once lol ?

I totally ditto your comments. My success rate after exchanging messages with several thousand Thai ladies in 5 years is very high. It all comes down to the man's approach. Some just don't "get it".

I spent about 12 years dating Thai /Asian women before eventually marrying one , she doesn't depend on me for anything financial and even wanted to split the bills when we eventually moved in together but I just laughed.....

Talking of kilograms or pounds:  When I first entered ThaiLoveLinks (as it then was), I first used the measurements of an attractive friend of mine in my home country.  She was 5'4" and 120 pounds and had a beautiful body, slender with no hint of lard.

 

I then used TLL's filter system to look for women who stated their height and weight.  The strange thing, in my experience, is that none of the women ever lied about their weight, so what you got on that first date was more or less what you imagined.

Needless to say, nearly all Western women on dating sites lie about their weight....

Sad but true. I have worked for an Isaan Uni for a long time and many of the approv 13,000 girl students are sent there for ‘work experience’ in hotels/companies. I think many of the Thai ‘management’ have no idea (or refuse to understand) what the place is really like.

I will admit, I got lucky. Coming here at 23 (8 or so years ago) and being able to earn decent money meant pulling was just too easy it got boring. I am now married and we have been together nearly 6 years (4 years here and 2 years in England).  

 

However, even if I was an old boy moving here I could never imagine I would bring myself to firstly have to pay them what is effectively a salary, or not be able to talk to them as their English is so poor. I would rather have a bang average older woman than having that type of relationship. 

 

If you're paying some younger bird to be with you then you can pretty much guarantee how it will end, not just but anywhere in the world.
