Gynaecological conditions - Thai names

Featured Replies

Hi,

Can anyone help me out with the Thai names for:

Endometriosis

Pelvic inflammatory disease

There is also a condition (possibly one of those two) that has a Thai name that ends with something that sounds very like a Thai saying "chocolate". Anyone know what that could be?

Thanks

There is no single Thai word for endomitrosis but a descriptive phrases like seen in the headline of this article in Thai language (made from Thai words for uterus/tissue):

For pelvic/inflammation/condition there are Thai words which are used in the headline here:

http://www.med.cmu.ac.th/dept/obgyn/2011/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=414:pid&catid=42&Itemid=479

It you want to discuss this in detail then the thread would have to be moved to the Thai language forum.
