Can anyone help me out with the Thai names for:

 

Endometriosis

Pelvic inflammatory disease

 

There is also a condition (possibly one of those two) that has a Thai name that ends with something that sounds very like a Thai saying "chocolate". Anyone know what that could be?

The medical names are the same in Thai and English. Just pronounced Thai style.

In endometriosis what are called "chocolate cysts" often form. Thst is probably what you heard referred to

There is no single Thai word for endomitrosis but a descriptive phrases like seen in the headline of this article in Thai language (made from Thai words for uterus/tissue):
