Isn't this the usual overcooked chickenshit ? You would think the EFL has much more pressing concerns than coming up with some semi-complicated way of governing manager's conduct on the pitch. Just warn them and then kick them into the stands for chrissakes.

They should set it up so its a yellow first....then a boot in the nuts from the fourth official followed by a red if they persist.
