The embassy in Bangkok has already sent the packet 3. At this point, is a signed checklist all that is needed for an interview appointment? Is this the only item that needs to be sent to the embassy? Is everything else needed only at the interview?

I think I was a bit confusing the first time. I'm basically asking if the checklist is completed, signed, and turned in. Is this all that is needed to have an interview scheduled?

Then later we can complete all the documents and procedures before the interview.
