Best Hospital for a Sleep Study and Anyone Purchase a CPAP Lately

Featured Replies

As title indicates.    Anyone done a sleep study in CM lately and/or purchase a CPAP machine.

Also looking to find out information on and ICD - Implantable Cardoiverter Defibrillator.   Is there the capability here in a CM hospital that does such procedure.

You may be better off posting this question in the Health Forum.

I found out from there that they do sleep studies at Sriphat Hospital, that is aledgedly the only hospital in CM that does them so you may be able to get some answers to the questions you are asking  Most people on this forum won't have a clue what an ICD is and does, me included I'm afraid

Yes Pauly, I figured that would be the best/only hosp to do a proper sleep study.   Was also looking for any feedback if anyone has one done in the past year or so.

An ICD is almost the same as a pacemaker.     It's more expensive and provides a better monitoring/recording system.    If I remember from my research, it's also capable of administering a higher jolt to the heart.

I have seen signs at both Bkk H. and Chiang Mai Ram that they do sleep tests... no personal experience.
