Dont be A pillock all your life!!(have a day off!!) Just get a decent oil stone and with a little bit of patience and lots of elbow grease!!you can bring your knife edge back to its former glory, what ever you do, dont let anyone mechanically grind it on a machine!! that will ferk it completely Nignoy
