Well he could order the Deputy National Police Chief (you know, the over zealous idiot who was demanding 'proof of lawful' use of certain equipment during the cave rescue) to put his enthusiasm into the BKK traffic problem? ?

 

Or is my simple expectation, unreasonable?

And like a general who would have no idea how to solve the problem he points a finger at someone else and says fix it. 3 months from now he can point another finger. This is why military autocrats end up making the countries they take over worse for the people. But good news military spending is at record levels!!
