The idea about coyote girls is that they are young and beautiful and wear sexy clothes. And they are paid to perform in front of an audience. It does not matter if the people in that audience and old and fat and ugly. They pay (directly or indirectly) for that show.

Personally I wouldn't pay for ugly fat women - you can see then for free almost everywhere.
