I am wondering if anyone knows of any Endometriosis specialists in Thailand that are skilled for excision, I have already seen one specialist at Samitvej Hospital  but they were not very helpful.  Thanks

I assume by  "excision" you mean conservative therapy to evacuate chocolate cysts and separate adhesions....i.e. that you are trying to preserve fertility.
