I will say that the Chinese tourists were like a herd of enraged beasts today at Siam. Pushing and shoving their way into the BTS. I taught them a lesson, because when they push into me, I spew sweat all over them. being fat and sweaty does have its advantages sometimes.

Shoes and socks are designed to cover ugly feet. Thats why I hate flip flops especially on men.

One thing that I found really strange was how some girls would let a toenail grow to gargantuan size for some reason.

About 12 years ago I was staying in an apartment in South Pattaya. The family that owned it had a (daughter/cousin/in-law - was never sure what her actual relationship was to the rest of them) that was pretty cute and pretty smart (and married - probably a good thing for me as it turned out).
Then one day I happened to notice her feet and she had a massive toenail on a big toe that must have extended 2 inches (5cms) past the end of the toe. I couldn't see any reason for it (i.e. it didn't look like a deformity or other medical condition). She always had to wear sandals of course. Didn't decorate or paint it so it was getting discoloured the way nails do when they get to a certain length.
After seeing that, I started noticing that some other women had the same kind of thing - one toenail that they let grow for some reason. I saw a couple of women that had huge toenails growing from their little toes and at least one more that also had an oversized nail on her big toe.

Maybe useful for popping holes in the tops of coconuts ? Or as a weapon in street fights ? ?
