To brie or not to brie?

I bought some brie at Tesco Lotus that is not fit to eat? I think it must have been frozen, thawed, refridgerator...etc. It was 450 baht, so I would really like to return it. Do you guys think they'll refund my money or am I wasting my time?

If you have your docket then take it back, I have done this and always had a refund or a replacement product.

I give any old Brie to my dog.  She really likes the outer skin of the stinky cheeses.  Tops must have got their new shipment in as the Brie I bought this weekend was wonderful.  Same brand but much better than 2 weeks ago.

And you live in Pattaya and buy brie at Tesco ??

Is BigC Extra too far for you?

 

Once made the mistake to buy some crap from Makro (Danish import). Could have been anything but brie.

Some rubber, tasteless, no smell.

You drive 100km to go to Big C Extra on Pattaya Klang? It is not too far for me.

No, to BigC Khon Kaen.

BigC Extra on Klang is 560 km

(was there last week)

 

About your question: you can try to complain.

But be aware that 0.x% of Thai people know how a proper brie should be.

I used to really like Ritz crackers till they changed the recipe.  I wrote the company and they said someone would get back to me to explain but they never did.  I wrote 6 times.  I switched to Luxury vegetables crackers for my late night Brie.  I was trying to order some new Brie on line and ran into to so much trouble about the quantities and prices available were not the same as those on the website.  They told me it was difficult to update the website when a product was out of stock.  .  This is 2018 right?
