If you do, could you please indicate the bank and the country.

Are there any banks that allow the use of a detailed video message as an authorization?

How many can do this online?

I've only done SWIFT twice but yes, I had to call my US bank (a credit union) and go through a fairly predictable series of verification questions.

Don't recall any options about videos.

Depends, some banks require a standing order for a SWIFT transfer and a verification telephone call, some require you to submit a form via secure bank email

All want something in writing to insure that the information is correct

I can make transfers to existing payees online with no additional verification.

In order to set up a new payee the bank phones me (automated system) and I enter a verification code into the phone. This is Lloyds International (Isle of Man).
