To fix drupping upper eyelids,currently effecting my eye sight.

Is the cause known?

 

 Is it both eyes? Any other neurological signs? How long going on?

 

Have you already been evaluated by an opthalmologist and recommended for surgery?

Cause is probably due to old age(77).Both eyes are affected.Had eye lid surgery about 35 years ago in Bangkok at doctors office,which cured the problem until about a year ago,had cataract surgery 1 year ago in Houston.Have not seen doctor as yet,awaiting  replies to this posting.
