I don t think it a fake picture. The question is will be police be able to check the speed on the speedometer because it's normally blocked in case of an accident where the airbags are inflated

 

But If the driver airbag is not inflated i m not sure the speedometer was blocked... Then it will be much more difficult to check the real speed of the car
