I received this afternoon a new Iphone8 ordered on Lazada

I tried to use the cloud to set up and use my cloud backup from my old Iphone.During the process,Apple  asked a password for Itunes store for an Apple ID that is not mine.Strange

I used my backup on my PC and nearly everything is OK except I cannot connect to Itunes store with my real apple ID on my PC.But the app store app allows mw to pick up apps on the store dirctly from yhe phone (apps I already bought but were not on the old Iphone)

 

Any idea of what happens?One friend suggest this Iphone8 is not new and has already been used.

Problem solved.It was an app downloaded with the other ID on my previous Iphone...The culprit is KASIKORNBANK.They parametered their mobile app in the branch after I downloaded from the Appstore.Not any problem with any other banking app....

Only had to delete the app and ...solved

Now have to go to a Kasikorn branch to reinstall the app.
