October 14, 20187 yr The bit that starts at 3:30 is misleading and probably would result in getting fined, in Chiang Mai, for somebody who has just arrived in the province. 90 day reporting has nothing to do with TM30. (This charming caricature of the “fat farang” not as bad as I first thought, a tiny shaved pinhead. You are actually looking up the nostrils of his huge nose!)
