Looking for a reliable general contractor for a number of house repairs in Taling Ngam/Saket area.

Main issue is tile roof leaking.

 

Ive had this looked at a couple of times now with no luck as yet !

 

Any leads would be much appreciated as the rains loom.

Seem often difficult to find someone for small repair job, whilst it's easy to get someone to build a house, or just make you a whole new roof.  You could try to contact RS Built Construction, they build my neighbors (big luxury) house and seem to be prepared to do maintenance also. They are situation in Bo Phut, but operate island wide...????

Your right about the difficulty getting small jobs done.

That being the case, you would think there's definitely a market waiting to be tapped.
