ChiangMaiThai Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 Does anyone know of a reputable swimming school for kids (5-6 years old) in the Hang Dong area? Thanks!
trainman34014 Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 There is a swimming pool in 'Rungaroon 3' Village and a lot of School Kids are taken there for swimming lessons, so i guess it has a good reputation and there is a small Kids pool there at one end. There is also the Sports Centre behind Hang Dong which has a swimming pool and i've seen small kids there too.
Thailand Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 I know kids are taught at Banwangtan pool from about 3-4 years old.
Sparkles Posted October 24, 2018 Posted October 24, 2018 (edited) "Love Me More Pool" at Dara Place opp Home Pro,turn off Ring Rd, Mae Hia. Swimming taught there although its a covered pool and gets a bit chilly for some in the coming months. You would need to ask owners ,pretty quiet at times. Edited October 24, 2018 by Sparkles

jschorr Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 Kad Farang Pool near Grace International School and Satit Bilingual School. Kru Garn Swim, watched him teach for years, he's great with kids!! He also coaches a competitive swim team at the pool.
Formaleins Posted October 25, 2018 Posted October 25, 2018 Sorry, I don't know the name of the place, but there is a hotel on the left hand side of the road (HWY 108) as you leave Hang Dong towards San Patong it is about 300 metres before Bib C. They used to do swimming classes for kids. They were pretty good, not too many kids to the instructor. The pool was not too deep and not too big. We were always happy to leave ours there for a couple of hours. Very reasonable prices too. One thing to consider, the pool is open air and has no cover over, so be careful or they will fry.
ChiangMaiThai Posted October 25, 2018 Author Posted October 25, 2018 Thanks for all the replies. I have seen private swimming teachers at the pool at Sansaraan Moo Bahn. I wonder where they are coming from?
