Hi

I am an manufacturer in India, I want to confirm this company which I am engaged with call, Intira Thaichem Group, Mahidol road Chaing Mai 50000 Thailand. This address is not shown on the Google map under their Company name. Please help me confirm whether it's a real or fake company before making a financial transaction.

Google map is useless as a business directory unless someone has taken the time to post their location correctly, update it or have it verified or updated by a third party. Also accuracy of location depends totally on the abilities of the person inputting the data, or an update. Since google maps (and google earth_ are full of totally inaccurate pins and locations, google maps takes several days or weeks to verify any changes or corrections. I guess they rely on the google map anoraks to do the checking?

Jump on a plane and knock on their door. Depending on how much you are spending, will be worth the effort for you peace of mind.

Their website lists testimonials.  Contact a few of the companies offering testimonials and confirm their experience is good.  Like checking references.  Use the telephone.

I will go and check it out for you, I love gatecrashing companies, however just because I enjoy what I do it doesn't mean I will do it for free....?

Go to NameCheap.com and use their WhoIs facility to look at the site registration. It was registered less than a year ago; they mask their identifying information (address, phone, contact info), but, everyone does that these days to avoid spambots.
