A Separate VR-Forum on fitness and health would be a good subject to exchange ideas on. 

 

With a gradually maturing retiree body my activities are restricted by various limitations but the speed of decay can still be reduced.

 

 

This one seems just right.

You got a virtual partner to play table tennis with.

A friend said = It gets you moving and sweating. No boredom like with many fitness tools.
