Bahrain Visa on Arrival

I have got a new job in Saudi and the recruitment agency has asked me to meet them in Bahrain to process my visa. After checking the web i am unsure if i need a pre paid E-visa or if i can enter on a VOA. ( I am a UK citizen)

Any ideas?
