NONG KHAI — Tourists visit a new skywalk Saturday morning in the northern province of Nong Khai to take in scenic views of what’s called the “sea of fog.”

The new attraction is located in the province’s Sangkhom district and opens at 6am. It has attracted tourists who want to enjoy the views over the Mekong River and Thai-Laos border.

Make you're bloody mind's up is it cloudy or foggy .. And fog being scenic is kicking the arse out of it somewhat .. And how long before someone falls off it trying to replicate the bow scene from Titanic ..

A great picture of the clouds but a lousy photo of the "skywalk".  As Justgrazing intimated, the pic looks more like the bow of the Titanic than of a skywalk.

Just for information - it is not new and has been there for 2 or 3 years now. Saying that, it is a great place to visit and the views across the Mekong to Laos are spectacular. Well worth a visit, although an hour there is plenty.
