November 22, 20187 yr Good day, My Thai GF was once married and lived in Switzerland. She has the Swiss Divorce Agreement in German with all proper stamps. It is our understanding, this document must be legalized, prior to her changing her name to family name, or remarrying her in Thailand. Does anybody have experience with what the process is to 'Legalize' the documents for the MFA, and local Amphur? Best Regards.
