i also received the same email..... i'm not a US citizen or have anything to do with US, so i understand i may just fill the form "1.1 FATCA-CRS FORM_INDIVIDUAL".... However, i see anyone really commented on the Part 4 (which mentions as follows) which is scary + unacceptable, therefore i won't fill it and return it to Kasikorn......
