Uh huh. Pay attention much ? "with his companion, Mr. Jared Liam Wong, also 34" Lol - I had a British chap named Richard (Richie) Wong working for me in Afganistan about 16 years ago. Hilarious. His Grandfather was Chinese and Grandmother Jamaican but his father (and mother) were British. He wasn't black and wasn't white and had curly redish hair with an "African" nose. No one knew quite what to make of him. When he was in the British Army for a spell, he was told to attend a "diversity" meeting where people of various ethnic backgrounds would discuss issues about diversity. He shows up at the meeting and everyone else is "What ? What are you doing here ? This is for people from ethnic backgrounds." And when he told them his name was Richie Wong they didn't know what to do because he didn't "look" ethnic. Not to mention that there are Canadians whose Chinese ancestors moved to Canada in the 1800s and their descendants have been born and raised there for over 2 centuries. I've sat in hockey dressing rooms with my eyes closed, listening to the conversations going on around me. Talk about work and cars and girls and hockey. Typical guy talk. And then opened my eyes to see that I was the only "white" guy in the room. Everyone else was 2nd/3rd/4th generation Chinese, born and raised in Canada. (And I was only there because I played goal and there are always teams needing a goalie - even ones whose motto is "everyone scores - no one goes home unhappy" !) But you are almost correct about people choosing new names. In many cases, an illegal immigrant merely has to destroy his ID before he enters Canada and can then pretend his name is whatever he wants it to be and Canada doesn't have the resources (or the willingness) to try and find out their real names. And then there are the ones who only have one name anyways. 90% (or more) of Afghanis for example only use 1 name (and 70% of the men are named Mohammed). So when 10,000 of them fake claims of having worked for Canada in the past and get fast-tracked into the country - you can bet a lot of them make up new names as well. -

Major malls stores, home pro, etc all carry Xiaomi of all sizes, there are western brand names too but we find the xiami to work well, we have a house in CM and are right at the moment in BKK and all our rooms have air purifiers but we only use them when we are in those rooms i.e. bedrooms at night, living room, computer rooms etc during daytime. It takes them a while in the AM to bring the levels down like today when outside is over 120, 60 when I turned on the air purifier at 6. One can also wear N95 or P100 masks which filter out almost all the pollutants. -

Workers in House
The very first thing out construction crew built was their accommodation, complete with power and toilet (on a concrete ring septic). Most of them actually lived off-site and the house was off-limits once work ended. They were mostly Khmer and kept a very tidy worksite clearing up rubbish at the end of each day.
