ballpoint Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 Downing Street have said the Cabinet Office will investigate how a text conversation between Boris Johnson and Sir James Dyson became public. Personally, I'd leave it till the dust settles. 2
ballpoint Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 After my wife died I couldn’t look at another woman for 20 years. But now I’m out of jail I can honestly say it’s worth it. 2
Popular Post ballpoint Posted April 26, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 26, 2021 A man wanted to get married. He was having trouble choosing among three likely candidates. He gives each woman a present of £5,000 and watches to see what they do with the money. The first does a total makeover. She goes to a fancy beauty salon, gets her hair done, new makeup; buys several new outfits and dresses up very nicely for the man. She tells him that she has done this to be more attractive for him because she loves him so much. The man was impressed. The second goes shopping to buy the man gifts. She gets him a new set of golf clubs, some new gizmos for his computer, and some expensive clothes. As she presents these gifts, she tells him that she has spent all the money on him because she loves him so much. Again, the man is impressed. The third invests the money in the stock market She earns several times the £5,000. She gives him back his £5,000 and reinvests the remainder in a joint account. She tells him that she wants to save for their future because she loves him so much. Obviously, the man was impressed. The man thought for a long time about what each woman had done with the money he'd given her. Then he married the one with the biggest tits. 4
Popular Post fasteddie Posted April 26, 2021 Popular Post Posted April 26, 2021 Murphy showed up at Mass one Sunday and the priest almost fell down when he saw him. Murphy had never been seen in church in his life. After Mass, the priest caught up with Murphy and said, “Murphy, I am so glad you decided to come to Mass, what made you come?” Murphy said, “I got to be honest with you Father, a while back, I misplaced me hat and I really, really love that hat I know that McGlynn had a hat just like me hat, and I knew that McGlynn came to church every Sunday. I also knew that McGlynn had to take off his hat during Mass and figured he would leave it in the back of church; so, I was going to leave after Communion and steal McGlynn’s hat.” The priest said, “Well, Murphy, I notice that you didn’t steal McGlynn’s hat. What changed your mind?” Murphy said, “Well, after I heard your sermon on the 10 Commandments, I decided that I didn’t need to steal McGlynn’s hat.” The priest gave Murphy a big smile and said; “After I talked about ‘Thou Shalt Not Steal’ you decided you would rather do without your hat than Burn in Hell, right?” Murphy shook his head and said, ”No, Father, after you talked about ’Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery’ I remembered where I left me hat.” 1 4

ravip Posted April 26, 2021 Posted April 26, 2021 When Beethoven passed away, he was buried in a churchyard. A couple days later, the town drunk was walking through the cemetery and heard some strange noise coming from the area where Beethoven was buried. Terrified, the drunk ran and got the priest to come and listen to it. The priest bent close to the grave and heard some faint, unrecognizable music coming from the grave. Frightened, the priest ran and got the town magistrate. When the magistrate arrived, he bent his ear to the grave, listened for a moment, and said, "Ah, yes, that's Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, being played backwards." He listened a while longer, and said, "There's the Eighth Symphony, and it's backwards, too. Most puzzling." So the magistrate kept listening; "There's the Seventh... the Sixth... the Fifth..." Suddenly the realization of what was happening dawned on the magistrate; he stood up and announced to the crowd that had gathered in the cemetery, "My fellow citizens, there's nothing to worry about. It's just Beethoven decomposing. 1 1
