Recently had blood test which showed Triglycerides at 350 up from 150 at the previous blood test, I know why this happened as took my eyes of the ball due to a friend on holiday here for 5 weeks, I'm now losing weight easily due to a pretty much fat free diet and walking 100kms per week, my question is what is a healthy meal to eat that won't promote further weight loss, at the moment I eat in the morning 2 Bananas plus a 7/11 Latte, then 2 eggs(1 yoke) with either light tinned Tuna or tinned light beans, 3 cloves of Garlic, Jacket potatoe or whole meal/grain bread then just a couple of small snacks in the day(not crisps etc) drink plenty of water, weight is now 88kgs I'm 190cms tall , according to BMI 88kgs is my ideal weight.
Take 3 fish oil capsules per day, aspirin 81mg per day, oh a couple of tomatoes and a carrot per day.
