Good electrician for water heater?

If it's the built in RCD/ELCB that's dropping out the easiest fix is a new heater I'm afraid ????

From request for electrician suspect it may be the feed circuit breaker trip - in that case probably nothing wrong with heater but cold season now so full power being used and too much for the electric circuit/breaker.  Panasonic I suspect will repair a heater in warranty.  Personally have had very good service from that brand.
