Does anyone know if there is a Notary Public on the Darkside with good English.

I know you asked about the Darkside but I have info.

At Immigration before you enter to the left, there is a Thai lawyer there who speaks good English.

He has the Notary stamp and can assist.

Should you need another option you could try Thai Euro Law office, opposite the side entrance to Big C on Pattaya Tai. Contact is Ms Rena and the charge, I believe, is Bt500/document.

Why on God's Green Earth (forget them little green apples) would you need a notary to do a 90-day report?
