Notifications Bell

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks or so that the " Notifications Bell " to the top right of the page does no longer function . Is this the case for all or just  a local problem with my set up ?

I've not seen any other reports, however do note that it gets "stuck" at the top and bottom of the hour during the general forum slowdown.

Perhaps you are not getting any notifications. Check your notification settings.

Have gone to my activity where replies are highlighted , so a bit of a mystery . However yours , Crossy and others have now come up on the Bell , maybe gremlins .
