PIH is usually less expensive than BPH though I don't know that it will meet your definition of "cheap"

or

Queen Sirikit Naval Hospital - will involve a lot of waits and red tape but be cheaper than PIH

While your concerns re cost are understandable it should be mentioned that the following urologists at BPH has gotten very favorable reviews from several TV members:

Not worth cutting corners - I used K Niti and was extremely pleased with him :

Agree especially if there is any doubt or complexity around the diagnosis.  Cheaper in the short term is nto always cheaper in the long term.

As OP is planning to travel from Korat to Pattaya kidney stones do not seem very likely, usually cause such acute pain that one would not go any further than the nearest emergency room.

Painless blood in the urine usually has other causes, some of them quite serious.

Thanks to everybody ! What about the Phyathai hospital ?

It's in Sri Racha, not Pattaya. But will certainly have a urologist.  Conbtact [email protected] for a recommendation on one fluent in English.

With frequent need to urinate as your only symptom, kidney stones are not at all likely and would not usually  be part of the differential diagnosis. More likely prostatitis or enlarged prostate.
