YouTube star arrested in drugs bust

Supatra “Baitoey" Buakaew, 21 – who became an internet sensation in Thailand doing her “snake dance” to the song “Burn it Down” by Ahzee and Faydee in a Bangkok club in 2017 – has been arrested along with her 39-year-old alleged drug-dealer boyfriend Pornchai Khumkrong, the Metropolitan Police Bureau said on Thursday.

Parents think she’s been taken but police believe otherwise

A tiger rescued from the illegal wildlife trade is relocated to the breeding centre in Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary. Too old to return to the forest, it must spend its entire life there.

 

AS ON of the last refuges of Indochinese tigers, Thailand is working to protect the endangered big cats from poachers.
