You assume too much from a single post. I don't know why Bin Laden was not captured or killed. It very well could have been someone in the Bush administration or the State Dept. who suggested it would play well diplomatically or propaganda-wise for the Afghans to bring Bin Laden to justice. How many square miles was he supposed to have been confined to along the Pakistani boarder?

I'm not sure I could give Clinton credit if Bin Laden were captured or killed. I'm sure Clinton would be before every microphone available to explain it to me in the most boring details conceivable in his own imagination.
