No you don't. If you have a Samsung, simply search for 'Accessibility' in Settings then select 'Installed Apps'. Then of the list shown, make sure they are all switched to off. This will stop those other Apps from working. Those other Apps have special permissions such as being able to read the screen which is why your banking App refuses to work with them active. If you want them to work as normal just turn them on again through the Accessibility function. To speed things up in the future for Apps you use a lot, you can make the Accessibility a speed key at the bottom of your screen, or you can set up a switch on/off function of your desired Apps with a quick press shortcut (such as pressing the power button and volume down buttons simultaneously). Common Apps which have security issues for the banking App are ad blocking apps, virus hunting Apps and blue light filter Apps.
