I have bought a second hand drone and find it is alredy registered with CAAT.  i have the registration document and a bill of sale.  Does anone know from experience if the registration can be transferred to new owner,  thus hopefully saving time for the process of registration.  Also can i fly atraight away with this registration document?

Registration can be transferred but both parties need to be there or there needs to be proper documentation from the seller that they authorize transfer of the registration to the new owner.
