New shops Viset Road

Featured Replies

In about one week or so there will on southern viset road again be one more 7/11, corner Soi Naam Jay (market street), no parking at all arranged; and a new Supercheap at the old Nonthasak building, next to Tesco and 7/11. Bit of parking inside, no way enough. This means again lots of double parked cars on the road, etc.

I don't believe we need more of these shops, but I'm sure they think they'll be able to make money there, but at least make sure there is parking. I wish the OrBorTor would require parking and water supply independence at all new commercial buildings, including hotels.

I agree, there will be a lot more double parking on the speedway, leading to more accidents. It's already pretty bad right in this area with the market a couple days a week, the intersection by the Family Mart and Rawai Hardware already being a big trouble spot.
