The tax for using and departing from the oh so user unfriendly and amenity un-laden NAIA airport in Manila has recently gone up from P550 to P750. The reason giving is that there is now an additional "security improvement" assessment of P200. Well, that certainly makes me feel more secure...in fact, I noticed 1, or was it 2, fewer security screenings/body pat-downs my last trip out :o

It's a bluddy travesty they charge to use that airport. People complain about Camp Swampy but, joking aside, Ninoy Aquino is the pits. Everything from the moment you step out the taxi untill you board the plane is sh1t, pure and simple.
