Is it possible to install apple car play in my pickup truck

Yes, you just need to buy and fit a suitable head unit:

I changed the unit in my pick-up a couple of years ago because I wanted Bluetooth and USB which the factory-fitted unit did not have. The replacement unit I bought does have some special connectivity with iPhones which I dont use as I dont own an iPhone.

be careful, i bought a pioneer head unit and it is Thai spec.

i cannot run waze or other apps on it.

i should have bought the unit in my home country and shipped it over.

Buy an Android head unit. Apps available for Apple car play.

I bought mine here - no issues to DL and use any Android app

but I have apple iphone. Surely its not compatible with an adroid head unit?
